Who we are

Cloudprintapp consists of the phone app (iPhone and Android) and the computer agent (Mac and Windows). Questions about this policy: jpbrugnara@gmail.com.

What data we collect

• Account: your email and a password (the password is stored encrypted by Google Firebase; we have no access to it).
• Computers and printers: the computer name, operating system and the name and model of installed printers, so you can choose them on your phone.
• Documents you send: the file (PDF, or photos converted to PDF) is stored only until it is printed and then deleted. Files that are never printed are deleted automatically within 7 days.
• Print history: file name, printer, date, number of copies, selected pages and the result (printed or error). It is deleted automatically after 90 days.
• Subscription: if you subscribe to the paid plan, Apple or Google tell us whether the subscription is active. We never receive your card details.

How we use the data

Only to make Cloudprintapp work: identify your account, show your printers, deliver your documents to your computer and show your history. We do not sell your data, show ads or use advertising tracking.

Who we share it with

• Google Firebase (Google LLC): hosts accounts, the database and files, on servers in Brazil and the United States.
• Apple and Google: process subscription payments under each store's policies.

We share your data with no one else, unless required by law.

Security

All communication is encrypted (HTTPS). Access rules ensure each account can only see its own data.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data (GDPR, LGPD and similar laws). To delete everything, use Delete account in the phone app (profile icon, top right): your account, computers, history and files are deleted immediately. Or write to jpbrugnara@gmail.com.

Children

Cloudprintapp is not intended for children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with the update date.
